Since finding out, I've been gluten-free and health-wise doing MUCH better... goodbye migraines, goodbye GERD, goodbye high blood pressure and GOODBYE 60+ pounds! OMG. BUT, I must say, after 35+ years of eating gluten, I definitely know what I'm missing and breaded chicken and pizza are right up there at the top of the list... just below BREAD! I’m 41 and found out 4 years ago that I was a Celiac. Only out of desperation do I take Advil Cold & Sinus with additional Advil when I occasionally get sinus headaches (typically after ingesting more dairy). I drink tons of water (Gatorade and other fluids are not the same for flushing out those types of allergens) and I avoid dairy for the most part because it just exacerbates seasonal allergies (clogging all and causing mucous in eyes, etc.). Doing flushes/gargles with vinegar and water and using a Neti pot and saline nose sprays also help. Look online for natural remedies. Hope you find relief soon, Kim!
