When I was shopping at Raisin Rack the other day, I found some wafer cookies and I had to have them.  Hannah had the gluten-filled version the other day and both Jon & I were drooling over them.  Usually I can recreate a treat at home to satisfy both Jon & I, but the wafers in the cookies are a little (or a lot) beyond my skill level.  It certainly helped that they were on sale for $3.99 ($1.00 off).  I just checked Schar’s website and these are $3.59 right now on the site. 

Schar Vanilla Wafer Cookies were better than I imagined they could be!   They tasted as close to, if not better, than the gluten version that I remember.  They were light & crisp with a great vanilla flavor throughout.  Jon concurred.  These were definitely a winner in our house. 

Put these on your list the next time you place an order from Amazon.  They are decently priced there as well, and if you like them, they come in a case of 12 packages!  Score!
