Hmm…I'm not sure what I'd like to see gluten-free, but I would like to see all the GF General Mills products that are available in the US to be available in Canada, that would be a great first step.

I haven't been able to find the GF Bisquick anywhere.
I agree with the above poster about more gluten free cereals, and I would also like to see more varieties of soups I can eat because I LOVE soup!
I would also love more gluten free cereals. Not much selection, we don't get Chex where I live.

I would like to see more soups made gluten free, especially a 98% fat free cream of chicken, mushroom, etc. I always love more cereals too!

I am not really missing any products from the GF lineup these days. I just wish for clarity & consistency in production from manufacturers so I know that if something is safe one day, it will be safe the next day too. Thank you, Kim, for the warnings you share when you find that a formulation has been quietly changed.
I love all the GF General Mills goodies. I have used the cake mix for making some desserts with all the fall fruits from my trees.
I would love to see more cereals added to the GF list, but I am thrilled with Chex. (I follow everyone too)
Our household has been gluten free for years. What my husband really misses are bagels, so far gluten free bagels have been pretty bad. Also a gluten free rugaleh would be wonderful.
I'd like to see gluten free pretzels.

Definitely more mainstream gluten free cereals that are kid friendly!
I follow Gluten free is life on Facebook.
I would love to see a more "mainstream" frozen pizza. I know that Amy's makes a gluten free pizza but I can never find it anywhere. I think that is a more mainstream company made it that stores would be more likely to carry it.
Funfetti cupcakes!!!!

I am brand new to gluten free eating and am feeling overwhelmed by it all. Thanks for the great blog because it is helping me cope.
I would like to see more soups be gluten free. I use soup for lunches that I pack for work. Around here our Kroger only carries 3 flavors of my favorite brand of soup that are labeled gluten free.
Oh so many products I would love to see GF. I live in the south so it would be nice if Krispy Kreme made one GF so I could get one!
