Today is 3-14, also known as Pi Day! Pi is the Greek symbol used to represent a constant, the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, which is approximately 3.14159*. If you are like me and math isn’t your thing, celebrate Pi Day with gluten-free pie.
