It’s Pi Day!

Today is 3-14, also known as Pi Day!  Pi is the Greek symbol used to represent a constant, the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, which is approximately 3.14159*.  If you are like me and math isn’t your thing, celebrate Pi Day with gluten-free pie.

Or try a new-to-you pie!  I am planning on making a Lemon Sponge Pie today with a new-to-me gluten-free pie crust from Wholly Wholesome.  I’ll make sure to let you guys know what we think!

How will you celebrate Pi Day? Will you do some math or eat some pie?
