Did you head out to shop on Black Friday? We did! My mom, sister, Hannah and I hit the road at 4:00 AM for our coffee at Caribou and then hit the mall. We scored some great deals including a new toaster over for $19 and a Shark Steam Mop for $49. I am loving [...] As I was lying in bed this morning, not wanting to venture out into the cold room, I was brainstorming about what warm, comforting breakfast I could make. I knew that coffee was first on the list, but wasn’t sure what I would eat. I remembered that I had a bunch of gluten-free instant oatmeal [...] Yesterday I spent the day with my kids hanging out in Myrtle Beach, SC. We scoped out some places online to eat gluten-free and settled on Margaritaville. Talk about a cool place!! We have eaten many times at the Cheeseburger in Paradise in Myrtle Beach, but never Margaritaville. I can’t even begin to tell you [...] I have all kinds of catching up to do from my vacation last week, but I need to share this first. As my miles are ramping up in my marathon training, I am really burning through my Clif Gel Shots quickly. I went through 4 on my 16 miler yesterday!
