review a week or so ago.&nbsp; The flavors are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enjoylifefoods.com\/our_foods\/granola\/cinnamon_crunch.html\" target=\"_blank\">Cinnamon Crunch<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enjoylifefoods.com\/our_foods\/granola\/cranapple_crunch.html\" target=\"_blank\">Cranapple Crunch<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enjoylifefoods.com\/our_foods\/granola\/very_berry_crunch.html\" target=\"_blank\">Very Berry Crunch<\/a>.&nbsp; I had tried these granolas a while back and they were good, however, they are now &#8220;new &amp; improved&#8221;!&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/010.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right:0;border-top:0;border-left:0;border-bottom:0;\" height=\"312\" alt=\"010\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/010_thumb.jpg\" width=\"448\" border=\"0\"><\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>I have only had the chance to sample the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enjoylifefoods.com\/our_foods\/granola\/cranapple_crunch.html\" target=\"_blank\">Cranapple Crunch<\/a> so far, but was in love.&nbsp; YUM!!&nbsp; I poured some over my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oikosorganic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Oikos<\/a> yogurt the other day for a delicious afternoon snack! <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/0061.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right:0;border-top:0;border-left:0;border-bottom:0;\" height=\"320\" alt=\"006\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/006_thumb.jpg\" width=\"449\" border=\"0\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>There were big chunks of cranberries and this was very close to the granola I remember eating before having to go gluten-free.&nbsp; Here is the ingredient list:<\/p>\n<h6>ingredients:<\/h6>\n<p>Brown Rice Flakes; Brown Rice Syrup; Evaporated Cane Juice; Water; Rice Bran; Dried Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil)*; Dried Apples*; Rice Crisps ( Rice Flour, Rice Bran, Raisin Juice Concentrate, Honey, Salt); Expeller-Pressed Vegetable Oil (Safflower Oil and\/or Sunflower Oil); Natural Apple Flavor; Malic Acid; Ground Flaxseed; Rosemary Extract <\/p>\n<p>NO TRANS FAT, NO ARTIFICIAL ANYTHING, VEGAN, KOSHER PAREVE, VITAMIN FORTIFIED, 23 GRAMS OR MORE OF WHOLE GRAIN PER SERVING, GLUTEN FREE, CASEIN FREE <\/p>\n<h6>vitamins and minerals:<\/h6>\n<p>Magnesium; Iron; Niacin (Vitamin B3); Zinc; Thiamin (Vitamin B1); Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5); Folate; Vitamin B6 <\/p>\n<p>Very impressive!&nbsp; I can&#8217;t wait to break into the other 2!&nbsp; I will make sure to review those flavors as well.&nbsp;
