I received some complimentary samples from Mixes from the Heartland<\/a> a few weeks back. MFTH has a great selection of gluten-free products ranging from baking mixes to soups to puddings. Here is some information from their website:<\/p>\n

Allergen Facts<\/strong><\/p>\n

No eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, oats, barley, rye, and wheat in the plant.
\nNo bean flours are used in any products.
\nPlant is allergen controlled.<\/p>\n

Eliza Testing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every raw product that enters our plant must be certified by the producer it will pass an Eliza Test.
\nThis means products in our plant test three parts per million or less for wheat.
\nThe University of Nebraska does our Eliza Testing.
\nAll reports are sent to the Celiac Sprue Association (CSA).
\nMixes From The Heartland Inc is CSA certified and we are very proud that all our products carry the CSA seal.<\/p>\n

Product Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our products are all natural with no preservatives.
\nBeans and fruit are all freeze dried and contain no preservatives.
\nSoups and meals are quick and easy to prepare.
\nAll mixes are family size and serve 4 to 6 people.
\nSoups make 6 to 8 cups on average.
\nPound cakes make 2 1lb loaves or a 9\u201d x 13\u201d pan.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
