Phew! The end of a crazy week! I can breathe a little now. While this week is slowing down socially, it will be my craziest running week in my marathon training. This week my mileage will peak at 40 miles, with a 20 mile long run on Saturday. I need to make sure that I am getting plenty of sleep & nutritious food this week. <\/p>\n
