We are having Aaron\u2019s parents over for dinner tonight.&#160; We aren\u2019t doing ham today because we are making ham for Mother\u2019s Day in just 2 weeks.&#160; Instead of ham, I decided on salmon, as everyone loves it (except Jon and I will make him another protein).&#160; Mary is making dessert \u2013 rumor has it that it is a Butterscotch Pie with a gluten-free pie crust courtesy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wholefoodsmarket.com\/\">Whole Foods<\/a>.&#160; I thought I would share a few other Easter or holiday recipes here today for those who may be interested.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/egghunt.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=859\" target=\"_blank\">Lemon Bundt Cake<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=963\" target=\"_blank\">Creamy Fried Confetti Corn<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=2604\" target=\"_blank\">Glazed Ham<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/celiac-disease.com\/recipe-gluten-free-carrot-cake\/\">Carrot Cake<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/gluten-free-food-in-columbus\/recipe-catholic-potatoes-gluten-free\" target=\"_blank\">Catholic Potatoes<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2009\/05\/13\/pistachio-cheesecake-gluten-free\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pistachio Cheesecake<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are pleased that the rain let up a little yesterday for Hannah to attend an Easter egg hunt with her friend.&#160; There was still plenty of mud, though.&#160; She came home with mud all up the back of her pants \u2013 most likely from running through the muddy fields.&#160; Oh, to be a kid!&#160; <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Here is our menu plan for the week:<\/p>\n<p>Sunday \u2013 Salmon, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=1601\">coconut baked brown rice<\/a>, roasted asparagus &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Monday \u2013 Bison Burgers, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=2473\">sweet potato puffs<\/a>, broccoli &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday \u2013 Burritos, corn &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday \u2013 Spaghetti and turkey meatballs, green beans &amp;
