pumpkin oatmeal.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cariboucoffee.com\/page\/1\/home.jsp\">Caribou Coffee<\/a> has a pumpkin latte that is every bit as good as the one made by the people with the green straws that aren\u2019t gluten-free-friendly.\u00a0 I had my first pumpkin latte just last week and it was phenomenal!\u00a0 I wanted another later in the week, but it was hot outside &amp; I don\u2019t see pumpkin making a good iced latte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/caribou.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"caribou\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/caribou_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"caribou\" width=\"374\" height=\"232\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I just checked my pumpkin stash and I have 3 large cans in my pantry!\u00a0 Score!\u00a0 I knew stocking up last year was the way to go.\u00a0 After the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=1708\">shortage<\/a>, I couldn\u2019t risk being without again.\u00a0 Jon has been begging for <a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2008\/09\/06\/buckeyes-and-baking\/\" target=\"_blank\">banana bread<\/a> \u2013 I think he is going to get pumpkin bread instead.\u00a0 Perhaps some of this:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/10\/003_thumb1.jpg?w=454&amp;h=309\" alt=\"\" width=\"310\" height=\"213\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2009\/10\/08\/updated-chocolate-pumpkin-loaf\/\">Dark chocolate pumpkin loaf<\/a>.\u00a0 Enough said.<\/p>\n<p>Or, this:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3245\/2979053405_dcd5892302.jpg?v=0\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"310\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2008\/10\/27\/pumpkin-bread\/\">Pumpkin raisin bread<\/a>.\u00a0 A childhood favorite.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, how could I forget, my <a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2009\/11\/06\/gluten-free-vegan-pumpkin-raisin-scones\/\">pumpkin raisin scones<\/a>!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/11\/032_thumb.jpg?w=454&amp;h=309\" alt=\"\" width=\"396\" height=\"272\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Think I have enough pumpkin to make them all?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Hannah is recovering nicely from her <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=3709\">appendectomy<\/a> last weekend and went back to school on Thursday.\u00a0 Phew!\u00a0 Hopefully we are on the mend now.\u00a0 This week should be a little calmer &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Thursday \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=682\">Sweet Thai chile salmon<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2008\/10\/25\/the-carving-of-the-pumpkin\/\">creamy pumpkin brown rice<\/a>, roasted beets\/carrots &amp;
