{"id":4365,"date":"2012-01-29T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-01-29T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=4365"},"modified":"2012-01-28T19:11:03","modified_gmt":"2012-01-29T00:11:03","slug":"soul-searching","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=4365","title":{"rendered":"Soul Searching"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wlWriterHeaderFooter\" style=\"float:none; margin:0px; padding:4px 0px 4px 0px;\"><iframe src=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/widgets\/like.php?href=http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=4365\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"border:none; width:450px; height:80px\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>I have been doing a lot of soul searching recently.&#160; I have been thinking about what I will do when the kids are older and don\u2019t need me at home as much as they do now.&#160; I used to be in property management and while I liked what I did, I want something a little more flexible, so I can be available if the kids need me.&#160; Family first, right?&#160; <\/p>\n<p>I have blogging and writing for Celiac-Diease.com, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreely.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gluten Freely<\/a> and the Examiner, but I am thinking about something in addition to those things.&#160; I write because I feel like the things I write about are things that I need to share with you all.&#160; If I can help just one person, I feel like what I have done is worth it.&#160; <\/p>\n<p>That line of thinking led me to ask myself what I like to do \u2013 what is my passion?&#160; I like to run.&#160; I like to exercise.&#160; <strong>Fitness is my passion<\/strong>.&#160; So, what better goal to pursue, than to be a personal trainer?&#160; <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/IMG_0460.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_0460\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_0460\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/IMG_0460_thumb.jpg\" width=\"259\" height=\"342\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I enrolled last week with the NASM to get my CPT certification!&#160; I have already started studying and hope to be certified by summer.&#160; I haven\u2019t decided exactly how I am going to use this certification yet.&#160; The possibilities are really endless.
