width:450px; height:80px\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Thank goodness I got a good night\u2019s sleep last night.&#160; I was running very sleep deprived for the past several days and my body finally said \u201cenough\u201d at roughly 8:30 PM last night.&#160; After waking up 2-3 hours early, for no reason, for the past 3 days, and not being able to go back to sleep, it was time to get some good sleep.&#160; By dinner time last night I was a super-cranky Kim &amp; mom and knew that no good could come from my staying up.&#160; I had tried to sit down to write and sat &amp; stared at the computer for 10 minutes.&#160; The good news is that I got 9-10 hours of sleep and feel much better.&#160; The universe tried to throw a wrench into my day, but I am choosing not to let it get to me.&#160; I accidently deleted this post the first time I wrote it, so this is now round 2.&#160; I took a deep breath &amp; moved on.&#160; I am ready to take on the day! <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/media-cdn.pinterest.com\/upload\/225883737530169943_pBMUxb1Q_f.jpg\" width=\"396\" height=\"523\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since our day was so crazy yesterday, I will be hitting the grocery store today.&#160; My menu plan is also a day behind now.&#160; LOL!<\/p>\n<p>Monday \u2013 BBQ chicken breasts, cheesy chili potatoes, steamed carrots &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday \u2013 Taco Tuesday, black beans, corn &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2008\/09\/06\/chicken-fettucine-alfredo\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chicken fettucine Alfredo<\/a>, steamed broccoli &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Thursday \u2013 Bison burgers, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=2473\" target=\"_blank\">sweet potato puffs<\/a>, roasted asparagus &amp; salad<\/p>\n<p>Friday \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=3441\" target=\"_blank\">Make your own pizza<\/a> and salad<\/p>\n<p>Saturday \u2013 take-out<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Don\u2019t forget to enter my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=4442\" target=\"_blank\">Yoplait Lactose Free giveaway<\/a> that ends tonight!<\/p>\n<p>Like chocolate?&#160;
