used them for refueling after 2 different strength training sessions &amp; 1 long run.\u00a0 The protein cookies come in three different varieties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>White chocolate macadamia nut<\/li>\n<li>Peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate chip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I sampled the white chocolate macadamia nut first and fell in love!\u00a0 The flavor &amp; texture were much better that I had expected.\u00a0 The peanut butter &amp; chocolate chip were equally as impressive.\u00a0 I can see getting used to having these around to look forward to after my runs.<\/p>\n<p>All of the cookies have pretty impressive nutrition stats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 calories<\/li>\n<li>10 grams protein<\/li>\n<li>4 grams fiber<\/li>\n<li>3 cups green tea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cookies are also free of soy &amp;
