{"id":5698,"date":"2012-11-12T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-11-12T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=5698"},"modified":"2012-11-12T08:35:24","modified_gmt":"2012-11-12T13:35:24","slug":"weekly-menu-plannovember-12-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=5698","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Menu Plan&ndash;November 12, 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This past weekend was absolutely gorgeous!\u00a0 Temperatures across central Ohio were in the high 60\u2019s and low 70\u2019s.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t get much better than that in mid-November in Ohio.\u00a0 Unfortunately I believe this will be the end of the nice, warm weather and we should prepare to hunker down and prepare for winter.\u00a0 BRR!\u00a0 The high today is 55 and low is 26 \u2013 70% chance of rain.\u00a0 Hello, cold!<\/p>\n<p>I have been working through some leftovers in my refrigerator that need to be put to use in the next few meals.\u00a0 Wait until you hear about some of these creations I have up my sleeve!\u00a0 Dinner last night was a toasted French roll from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.traderjoes.com\/\">Trader Joe\u2019s<\/a> with melted smoked gouda, drizzled with <a href=\"http:\/\/celiac-disease.com\/recipe-mozzarella-caprese-bites\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nakano Balsamic Blend Vinegar<\/a> and topped with chopped basil.\u00a0 It was AMAZING!\u00a0 I need to make sure to buy this cheese again!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/IMG_3519.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none;
