{"id":6098,"date":"2013-02-18T06:48:00","date_gmt":"2013-02-18T11:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=6098"},"modified":"2013-02-18T07:51:45","modified_gmt":"2013-02-18T12:51:45","slug":"weekly-menu-planfebruary-18-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=6098","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Menu Plan&ndash;February 18, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s Monday!\u00a0 Are you ready for a new week?\u00a0 I had a couple of early morning (5:30 AM) clients today and it was 18 when I left for work.\u00a0 I am so ready for the cold weather to be gone.\u00a0 Apparently the temperature will be getting up to 50 later today, which will seem warm after this weekend.\u00a0 I guess I should celebrate that the temperature is predicted to be over 20 for our long run on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_5192.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none;
