Happy Easter!  It\u2019s a rainy day here in Columbus, Ohio.  Fortunately for us our kids are old enough to not care that their Easter egg hunt is inside instead of outside.  My morning has been spent stuffing pastel Skittles<\/a> into little plastic eggs.  <\/p>\n

Of course a few of these made their way into my belly in the process.  I do have a little tip to share \u2013 Skittles don\u2019t taste so good right after you brush your teeth.  <\/p>\n

Weekly Meals<\/u><\/strong> <\/p>\n

Sunday \u2013 Ham, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed green beans and salad *Not sure if your ham is gluten-free<\/em><\/strong>?  Check out this list of gluten-free hams<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Monday \u2013 Ham sandwiches, salads or frittatas, fruit salad<\/p>\n

Tuesday \u2013 Easy Enchilada bake<\/a>, corn and salad<\/p>\n

Wednesday \u2013 Bison burgers, sweet potato puffs<\/a>, sugar snap peas and salad<\/p>\n

Thursday \u2013 Italian Chicken fettuccine Alfredo<\/a>, broccoli and salad<\/p>\n

Friday \u2013 Take-out<\/p>\n

Saturday \u2013 Make your own pizza<\/a> and salad (carb loading for race the next morning!)<\/p>\n
