It can be hard to stay motivated.\u00a0 Motivation is necessary for many aspects of our daily lives from faithfully following the gluten-free diet<\/strong> to staying fit<\/strong>.\u00a0 We are lucky to have some great resources right at our fingertips these days with our smartphones.\u00a0 I have been experimenting with the Motorola Razr HD<\/a> and will share some of the ways I stay motivated below.<\/p>\n

The most obvious way the Razr HD can help motivate me to get moving is music.\u00a0 Whether I am listening to my latest playlist creation, IHeartRadio<\/a> or Pandora<\/a>, music gets me moving!<\/p>\n

I have been known to play the 80s station on Pandora for my clients during their workouts.\u00a0 Focusing on music, songs from the past or playing a little \u201cName That Tune\u201d is a great way to make your workout pass quickly!<\/p>\n

Just because I am a personal trainer <\/a>doesn\u2019t mean I work out all day, every day.\u00a0 I don\u2019t work out when I train my clients \u2013 my focus is on them.\u00a0 Often times when it comes time for me to work out, I want a great workout without having to put much thought into it.\u00a0 This is where fitness apps like Fitness Buddy<\/a> come in handy.<\/p>\n

Fitness Buddy has built-in workouts or allows you to create your own from a bank of exercises.\u00a0 The free version of this app has over 300 exercises, while the paid version has over 1700 exercises!\u00a0 I tried the free version first, and quickly upgraded to the paid version.<\/p>\n

There are also several accessories<\/a> for the Razr HD to help you stay motivated.\u00a0 One of the coolest accessories I have been eyeing is the Motorola SF600 Bluetooth\u00ae Stereo Headset<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong>I can\u2019t tell you how many times I have yanked the headphones out of my ears while working out or got tangled in the wires of my headphones.\u00a0 I would love wireless headphones!\u00a0 New accessories = more motivation!<\/p>\n
