I use them before or during my runs or long workouts. Many friends recommended the Honey Stinger Waffles as well, but they weren\u2019t gluten-free at the time. Now Honey Stinger has introduced <a href=\"http:\/\/www.honeystinger.com\/organic-stinger-waffles.html?glutenfree=77\">Gluten-Free Honey Stinger Waffles<\/a> along with a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.honeystinger.com\/gels\/mango-orange-organic-energy-gel-617.html\">new flavor of Gel<\/a> and a brand new product: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.honeystinger.com\/organic-energy-chews\/raspberry-protein-energy-chew.html\">Honey Stinger Protein Chews<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"View 'Honey Stinger Blog' on Flickr.com\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/14886059@N07\/24685472739\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Honey Stinger Blog\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1483\/24685472739_8867ceb916_z.jpg\" alt=\"Honey Stinger Blog\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are three different varieties of Honey Stinger Gluten-Free Waffles (also dairy-free):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organic Salted Caramel Waffle\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Organic Cinnamon Waffle\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Organic Maple Waffle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I immediately fell in love with these and don\u2019t know that I can live without the Organic Salted Caramel Waffle. This may be my new go-to fuel for workouts. I can\u2019t thank Honey Stinger enough for making these gluten-free! <em>*It is important to note that not all flavors of the Honey Stinger Waffles are gluten-free. The gluten-free waffles are clearly labeled<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"View 'Honey Stinger Blog' on Flickr.com\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/14886059@N07\/24959806151\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Honey Stinger Blog\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1660\/24959806151_11ec97772a_z.jpg\" alt=\"Honey Stinger Blog\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I have liked all of the previous Honey Stinger Gell varieties and this one is no different. The Mango Orange Gel is smooth and not overly sweet or too thick or thin. It is a nice addition to the line-up of gels. All of the Honey Stinger Gels are gluten and dairy-free.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"View 'Honey Stinger Blog' on Flickr.com\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/14886059@N07\/25053104955\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Honey Stinger Blog\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1533\/25053104955_cfaa59a69e_z.jpg\" alt=\"Honey Stinger Blog\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.honeystinger.com\/organic-energy-chews\/raspberry-protein-energy-chew.html\">Honey Stinger Raspberry Protein Chews<\/a> are the first of their kind. The previous Honey Stinger Chews didn\u2019t have added protein. These new chews are made with organic pea protein, so they are also free of dairy in addition to gluten. They contain 5 grams of protein per package. There are two more flavors debuting this month:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cherry Lime Protein Chews<\/li>\n<li>Juneberry Protein Chews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The protein chews are tasty, though I was able to detect a slight pea protein taste. This didn\u2019t detract from the product for me, but wanted to mention in my review.
