Do you know what that is?\u00a0 That is me sighing in relief.\u00a0 Hockey season is over!\u00a0 Jon will still play in a recreation league in the Spring, but nothing like what he has been doing lately.\u00a0 So now we only have baseball to keep us busy!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This week I have kept our menu plan relatively simple.\u00a0 Jon’s baseball tryouts runs 5 – 6:30, so it doesn’t really allow for time-consuming menu items.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sunday ~ Mexican Pizzas, corn, & salad<\/p>\n

Monday ~Salmon, Brown Rice, veggies & salad<\/p>\n

Tuesday ~Herbed Pork Roast or pulled pork BBQ, Mashed Potatoes & veggies, & salad<\/p>\n

Wednesday ~Leftovers or switch w\/Thursday or freezer stuff<\/p>\n

Thursday~ Grilled Chicken or Bourbon Chicken, rice & veggies<\/p>\n

Friday~ Homemade pizza, veggies & salad<\/p>\n

Saturday~ Shrimp Scampi Alfredo & Scallops, veggies & salad<\/p>\n

Baked Goods<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Carob Fudge (slacker didn’t do it last week \ud83d\ude09 )<\/p>\n

Bread<\/p>\n

Butterscotch Brownies<\/p>\n
