more yummy!&nbsp; Last night for dinner I had another fabu salad!&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>~ 2 cups of arugula &amp; mixed baby greens <\/p>\n<p>~ 1 Roma Tomato <\/p>\n<p>~ 1\/2 zucchini <\/p>\n<p>~ 1\/4 cucumber <\/p>\n<p>~ small handful of blackberries <\/p>\n<p>~ 1 chopped steamed beet  <\/p>\n<p>~ 1 TBSP Goat Cheese <\/p>\n<p>~ 1 TBSP Pine Nuts <\/p>\n<p>~ Drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/day9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right:0;border-top:0;border-left:0;border-bottom:0;\" height=\"349\" alt=\"day9\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/day9-thumb.jpg\" width=\"464\" border=\"0\"><\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>I am really digging the addition of the beets &amp;
