{"id":998,"date":"2009-05-24T10:59:26","date_gmt":"2009-05-24T14:59:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/glutenfreeislife.wordpress.com\/2009\/05\/24\/product-review-smartfood-popcorn-clusters\/"},"modified":"2009-05-24T10:59:26","modified_gmt":"2009-05-24T14:59:26","slug":"product-review-smartfood-popcorn-clusters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.glutenfreeislife.com\/?p=998","title":{"rendered":"Product Review: Smartfood Popcorn Clusters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I happened upon a sale on these <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fritolay.com\/our-snacks\/smartfood-cranberry-almond.html\" target=\"_blank\">Popcorn Clusters<\/a> the other day and picked some up.&nbsp; There are 3 different flavors, however, only the <strong>Cranberry Almond is gluten-free.&nbsp; <\/strong>The label states that each serving (or pack) contains 5 grams of fiber &amp; 20% of the RDA of calcium!&nbsp; This is a bonus when you can&#8217;t do a lot of dairy products (there is dairy in this product, so beware if you have a milk allergy).&nbsp; I have lactose intolerance, but am able to do small amounts of dairy with a Lactaid pill.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fritolay.com\/assets\/images\/product-nutrition\/smartfood-cranberry-almond.gif\"> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know what I was expecting when I opened up this snack pack, but I was very impressed!&nbsp; What a great flavor!&nbsp; Reminds me of Cracker Jacks, but healthier!&nbsp; I ate these as a mid-morning snack &amp; they kept me full until lunch time.&nbsp; Great snack to keep in your purse or car (if it isn&#8217;t too hot) for emergencies!&nbsp; 5 star review for this one!
