I didn’t do a weekly recap this week due to the craziness that was going on in my house with the celebration of Jon’s 15th birthday. We had a nice family cookout on Sunday and I was beat. Last week I wrote a review of Wolfgang Puck’s Soups on Celiac-Disease.com and wanted to make sure to share it with you all. If you are looking for a soup that tastes homemade in a fraction of the time, make sure to check these soups out. The Tomato Basil Bisque rocked my world! I ate it alongside a toasted Udi’s Whole Grain Bagel smeared with a smashed avocado & sea salt. It doesn’t get much better than that!
While these soups may not be available in all grocery stores yet, be patient or you can order online at Amazon or Buy The Case. Have you had a chance to try any of the gluten-free soups from Wolfgang Puck yet? If so, what were your thoughts?

My son and me, November 2000. This is before we were gluten-free/diagnosed Celiac.

Can't wait to try these! And sounds like a great combo with the avocado on the bagel!
we buy these in the organic foods section at Safeway..be careful, not all his soups are gluten free…
Thank you for pointing this out. The gluten-free varieties are clearly marked on his website.
