My favorite food to grill has to be the classic burger, with a gf bun grilling next to it!
I actualyl love grilling pineapple on the grill. It brings out the natural sweetness. Drop a small scoop of vanilla bean ice cream inside of the pineapple ring, a small drizzle of caramel syrup, and you're good to go!
